Before you come
The details
Every appointment holds a £15 deposit at the point of booking, and it comes off your treatment price on the day. With more than 48 hours' notice it is fully refundable.
More than 48 hours' notice and your deposit is refunded in full. Between 24 and 48 hours it moves to another date but is not refunded. Under 24 hours the deposit is kept, because that hour rarely refills at short notice.
Yes for any brow tint or lamination, at least 48 hours before your appointment. Message me on Instagram to book your patch test — it takes two minutes, and you will need one as a new brow client, roughly every six months, and whenever I change products. Without a patch test your brow treatment will be cancelled.Message me on Instagram
Message me. I will hold the full time where I can. Past fifteen minutes the treatment is shortened to protect the appointment after yours.
Card, Apple Pay or cash in the studio, and you can pay through Instagram. The deposit is taken online when you book, and you are welcome to pay the full amount online instead.
There is parking on Thorne Road, and paid parking on East Laith Gate is a two-minute walk away.
